Terms & Conditions

If you have a genuine complaint then please send us an Email. If your complaint is valid we will remedy the fault promptly. Our refunds policy is to refund your full payment if either (i) the goods are damaged and we cannot replace them or repair them or (ii) we have taken your payment and can not despatch within our terms below. Our policy also provides for a refund of the selling price of the goods, excluding postage and packing, if you return the goods within our conditions (7) set out below.

If appropriate we will refund your payment instantly. But please make your complaint specific and say what is wrong. It is impossible, as far as we know, for you to lose your money. WorldPay take your payment and they are not going to let us have your money unless we have despatched you the goods that you ordered.

The small print….

1) We reserve the right to refuse your order without giving any reason.
2) We will despatch items from stock within a reasonable time, normally one to seven days, but in extreme circumstances up to 14 days.
3) All goods offered for sale are in stock at our warehouse. However, we can run out of stock before we have the opportunity to amend our website. If we are unable to despatch from stock within 14 days then we will notify you by Email and you will have the right to be refunded. We will endeavour to advise you of a back order date but you are not obliged to accept the back order date offered. We may offer a substitute item. You are not obliged to accept a substitute item.
4) It is entirely at our discretion whether a substitute is offered.
5) Goods sold for delivery within the UK are subject to VAT at the rate specified by law. Prices quoted include VAT but may be changed at any time if the rate of VAT is changed.
6) Shipping charges. Our prices include post and packing within the UK.
7) Goods may be returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of safe delivery of the goods back to our UK address. Refunds will be made of the selling price of the goods provided they are received by us in good order and in the original packing. The selling price for refunds is exclusive of post and packing. On request we will send you an Email stating the post and packing charge.
8) Damaged goods. In the unlikely event of goods being received in a damaged or incomplete condition then please notify us so that we may remedy the fault or refund your payment. We reserve the right to require you to return the goods to us before remedying the fault. Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the faulty item.
9) We accept payment by credit card or debit card in accordance with the terms and conditions specified by Worldpay. Please note that your card will be debited on receipt of your order.
10) Cancelling your order. Distance selling regulations. Our terms and conditions do not affect your rights under these regulations. Briefly, you may cancel your order within 7 days of receipt of the goods by quoting your invoice number by email to sales@claritas-online.co.uk and then returning the goods to the address shown on your invoice. You will be notified by Email when your refund is processed.
11) We reserve the right to amend prices without notice, but increases will not be applied after your order has been accepted by us.
12) Privacy Policy. We will not and do not pass any customer details on to any third party.
