The new Silva Starter 8 compass is designed for those learning basic navigation. It has an easy to read capsule with 5 degree graduations and Silva's patented Red/Black North/South orienting lines. The baseplate is made of scratch resistant acrylic with a mm scale. Complete with a booklet explaining the Silva 1-2-3 system. Ideal for Scouts, Guides, Cadets and Schools. 5 Year Warranty.

Southern Hemisphere customers. Please note that Silva are now only stocking compasses balanced for the Northern Hemisphere. They require a minimum order of 50 pieces for Southern Hemisphere balanced units. Please contact us for advice on compasses that need balancing.
